The window for Athletic Clearances for the 2026/2027 School year will open July 6, 2026.
*NOTE* – The Athletic Clearance and the Summer Camp Registration are done on the same site, but are not the same process. The Athletic Clearance (including the physical exam) is not needed for summer – just the summer registration.
All student-athletes participating in sports during the school year (including Marching Band), must complete the Athletic Clearance process through the link above. The whole process, including uploading a current, valid physical exam (available under Forms), must be completed before participation in our programs during the school year. Physicals must be dated after June 10, 2026 so they are valid for the entire school year, so please plan your appointments accordingly.
If you are unable to get an appointment with your doctor, there are a number of low-cost options available in our area (see the free physical opportunity through August 31 on our website).
