The SHS Girls Beach Volleyball advanced to the CIF-SS D2 Semifinals for the 2nd time in the past 3 years. After finishing 3rd in the Pioneer League, the Spartans opened the playoffs with a 3-2 win on the road against Trabuco Hills. South returned home for Round 2, shutting out Xavier Prep, 5-0. The Spartans hosted #1 seed Crean Lutheran in the Quarterfinals and edged out a 3-2 win to advance to the Semifinals, where they ultimately fell on the road to Millikan HS, 4-1.
