Both the Boys and Girls Basketball programs advanced to the CIF-SS playoffs by earning automatic bids out of the Pioneer League.

The Boys finished the regular season 16-12 overall and 5-3 in league, coming in with their second-straight 2nd place finish. The Spartans will enter the postseason on a winning note, taking down El Segundo on senior night by a score of 64-61.

The Girls ended the regular season at 16-11 overall and an even 4-4 in Pioneer League play, which placed them 3rd. South will enter the playoffs on a 2-game win streak, taking down Torrance 60-47 on the road and taking senior night against El Segundo, 61-23.
